Watch As South African Police Men Brutalize Nigerian Citizen

South Africa's Police Service is investigating alleged misconduct by officers in Cape Town after footage was posted to Facebook yesterday showing uniformed police removing a man's underwear before proceeding to kick and slap him in the groin area. According to a local news report, the two officers involved have now been suspended.Watch clip below.....
