Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie oldest biological name Shiloh is now a transgender son by name "John". The eight-year-old, who was born a female appeared on the red carpet recently dressed in a suit and tie like the other male children.
According to a report in the Telegraph, Brad and Angelina now refer to their child as 'John' and are supportive of their child's gender transformation .
