Actress Georgina Onuoha Divorced Husband After DUI Arrest And Medical License Suspension(Photos&Video)

 
Someimes matters are best left the way it is because once dug out, more details will arise.. Last week Nollywood actress Georgina Onuoha took to her Facebook to address the issue on her failed marriage. Although the single mother of two never mentioned the reasons of their break-up but maintained they still remain good friends. More details have now emerge on the reasons why the marriage failed. Georgina Onuoha's ex-husband Dr Ifeanyi Igwegbe who was a practicing doctor was also a drunk addict,which also led to the downfall of his marriage to the actress...Watch clip below...

 In 2010, Dr. Ifeanyi almost killed a woman while driving under the influence of alcohol. He lied to the police that he was going to the hospital to perform some medical procedure when the accident happened. He was arrested and sentenced and his medical license was suspended by California Medical Board.
 “The Medical Board of California has suspended the medical license of a Sutter North Medical Group doctor charged with driving under the influence, causing injury. Ifeanyi Charles Igwegbe crossed the centerline May 6 on Highway 99 at Riego Road and broadsided a car driven by an Olivehurst woman.
 According to the California Highway Patrol, Igwegbe had a blood alcohol concentration of .15, almost twice the legal limit. 
 
 
Due to the lost of her husband's job, the actress looked for other little jobs to help support her family while her husband who already lost his job sat back at home depressed. When Efforts to get her husband seek for little jobs proved abortive, the actress had to call it a quit and walked out of her 10 years of marriage.

Marriage is for better for worst like they say.she should have stay and find help for her husband like seeking for therapy

@ Oge, yeah marriage is for better or worst but sometimes there are situations that are meant to be left behind and move forward. I am not saying it was right for her to leave her husband but you live abroad and know the system of how things works. Life is not easy based on only one income. You pay for light, water, Tv, house and so many things. An angry and depressed African don't think of therapy because they believe it's waste of time and money. I wish they could have worked things out but then think from her own side too. Just my opinion
