Just as Nigerians are Mourning the plane crash that happened yesterday morning, United States of America were also in a shoot out over a woman who failed to stop at the checking point in the Capitol Hill .
According from the news on CNN, the suspect that has been identified as Miriam Carey, crashed her black Infiniti into a security barrier outside the White House, and then sped off in direction of the U.S. Capitol which made the police to think she had a mission and open fire on her car, unknown to them that Miriam was unarmed and had a baby in her car.
Thank God the child survived and is now in protective custody.
Two police officers were injured in the chase, including one officer who was reportedly lifted out of his car by the jaws of life. Officials say both officers are now in good condition.
Miriam sustained multiple gun shots and did not survive.
According to Miriam's mother, her daughter suffered depression and mental illness after having her baby.
