Two Years Old Girl Suspened From School In Mexico For Having Two Fathers

Alex and Pepe are family of two fathers and one daughter. Alex who is the biological father of the two years old girl, remarried to sex partner (gay marriage is accepted in Mexico). Alex, a 28-year-old works in marketing and sales.  Pepe is a 39-year-old broker with a degree from the University of Miami.

The couples are said to have been in gay right debate in Mexico. Their daughter was expelled from a private school in Monterey for having two fathers.
According to reports the Hill institute in Monterey, Mexico, told the couples for their daughter to be accepted into the daycare school they have to hide the fact that they are same sex couples which the couples found unacceptable, days later their daughter was expelled from school.

According to  Pepe step father to the girl (or rather say step mother...lol) reported that the school saw them coming from the window and locked the school door, the receptionist went to the back of the door after waiting for 10 minutes they sent an employee escorted by a security to tell them that their daughter has been officially expelled. The girl was said to have been expelled since September 13th. Although the couples has filed a complaint against the institute because a child should not be denied the right to education.
They also filed a complaint with the Mexican agency that protects consumers saying the school has yet to refund their money. Alex says a check the school sent bounced.
Do you think the school was right in expelling the girl from school?
