Miley Cyrus kicked off her tour in Vancouver with a bang, taking the stage in 10 different, equally shocking and sexy outfits. Among the many highlights was her marijuana-bedazzled thonged outfit, in which she bent over to show the crowd her bare butt, and also writhed around seductively on top of a car in.
Also during her concert in Tacoma on Feb. 16, she picked up a fan's underwear off of the stage and stuffed it in her mouth...
