While many are looking for child, paying million of naira, dollars, euros, pounds just to get them, some have the nerve to dump and leave them to die away. This is heartless!.
According to eyewitness, an  unknown mother woman gave birth to this baby and dumped him all wrapped up with the placenta at a construction site. The baby who was probably left overnight died due to neglect. See full photo below....
