Fresh Attack In Katsina State, 69 People Killed

Another fresh attack on three villages in Katsina has led 69 people including men, women and children dead. The violence was allegedly carried out by ethnic Fulani herdsmen. The attack which was as a result over some land claimed by local farmers which was important for their cattle.

AFP, a lawmaker in the state, Honorable Abbas Abdullahi Michika who spoke about the attack said the attacked three villages attacked were; Kura Mota, Mararrabar Maigor and Maigura Villages.
Rescue teams are still combing nearby bushes in search for more bodies.
