Are you tired of having big pot belly and need to get rid of it fast while exercising?. Have you heard of water diet recipe before?. This recipe was introduced by a university weight management specialist Gbemisola Adeyefa, he explained that apart from drinking 8 glasses of water per day which is important for average person, adding that water diet can prevent or reduce pot belly.
She also pointed out the health benefits of eating watery foods like water melon and provided a water diet recipe:
"I will advise people to follow the water diet recipe which is used all over the world. We need to add freshly grated ginger, medium-sized cucumber, thinly sized lemon into two litres of water. Combine all ingredients into a large plastic can and allow the flavours to blend overnight in the refrigerator. Drink the entire water by the end of each day."
According to the expert, doing this every day will help one to reduce belly fat. However Adeyefa said Nigerians should pay special attention to their intake of fattening foods, if they want water diet to be effective.
