Trending Ebola Vaccine: Salt And Water....Discovered By Who???

In as much I like that Nigerians are working hard to fight this Ebola virus, but don't let people just use your common sense. Waking this morning, all I am seeing on social media is bath with salt and water(warm or cold) before leaving your house..Lol. First it was bitter kola which I heard is now expensive after the broadcast in Nigeria, now it's salt and water...
My question is which scientist invented this?. Have the person tested it on someone with Ebola and he/she was cured?....If salt and water was the cure don't you think advanced scientist would have discovered it?. Please my people be wise, salt cannot help to cure or prevent Ebola and until proven and tested I still strongly believe that the best way to fight this virus is to stay off from too much gatherings, wash your hands with soap and water as much as possible. Don't touch someone who you know that shows symptoms of high fever or diarrhea ....
