Oscar Pistorius has arrived in court for a sentencing hearing that will determine if he will serve up to 15 years in prison for killing his girlfriend or walks out a free man. After a six-month trial, that was televised for millions of people, today the judge will decide if the blade runner will serve his 15 years term or walk free by doing just community service.
Although some experts claim he may not go to jail due to his disability, remorse and the fact he is a first time offender, others anticipate he will be imprisoned because of the severity of the crime.
Oscar Pistorius was found guilty of culpable homicide for shooting and killing his girlfriend at his home on Valentine's Day last year. Will keep you updated.
