I can't weep enough for this innocent child that was abandoned by a woman who carried him or her for 9 months....A baby was found dead this morning at a refuse dump at 72road Festac Town Lagos.
According to actor Manuel Udokwu's wife ,she was on her way to work when she saw people gathered around. At first she thought it was an accident and wanted to help the victims only to get close and found out it was a dead baby abandoned to die in a refuse dump by a heartless mother.
