I Thought Nigeria Is Ebola Free?, Why Are Hospitals In Europe Still Including Us As Affected Countries?

I went for a medical check up only to find this on a notice board. At first I didn't want to mind the Ebola advert only to look close and see Nigeria listed among countries you need to report yourself if you have visited there over past 21days.. Nigeria is Ebola free, but why are we still included?. What about US, Spain, Mali and other countries that were also affected with the virus?...
