Friends, families and colleagues gathered yesterday August 25, at the International Conference Centre, Abuja to attend night of tribute in honour of the late Prof. Dora Akunyili. In attendance were, Minister of Finance Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, Onyeka Onwenu, Anambra State governor, Chief Willie Obiano and so many more.
Today there will be a Mass at Pro-Cathedral Catholic Church, Garki Abuja, after the service her body will be taken down to Enugu then to her husband's compound in Agulu, Anambra State. The final burial will take place on August 28. More photos below....
