Kris Jenner Could Lose $63 Million If She Divorces Bruce Jenner

If Kris follows her separation up with a divorce from Bruce, that would mean losing half of the wealth she has worked so hard for according to law in California. If Kris Jenner and Bruce Jenner got a divorce, it would mean legal equality for both of them  so they would have to split Kris’ $125 million dollar fortune into half!, because Kris and Bruce have been married for 22 years and didn’t sign a prenuptial agreement .
Silvana Raso , the chair of family law practice at Schepisi & McLaughlin says:

 " In a community property state, such as California, everything acquired during the marriage, when there is no prenup or postnup in place, is deemed to belong equally to each party, regardless of who earned it, when it was bought, or how long the marriage is.

Therefore, any earnings and businesses of Kris Jenner are deemed to belong equally to Bruce Jenner.    Since it’s presumed that she’s earning more than he is, she may be paying him significant alimony for the rest of his life. Her business will also be subject to equitable distribution, even if he didn’t contribute to it”.
