Benefits Of Drinking Warm Lemon Water...I Started Mine Already


 I use to think that drinking anything lemon was bad to the health especially for women. Those days when women were still girls, my mother use to scold me whenever she sees me drinking anything lemon or lime, they use to say a woman should not be taking anything Lemon because it blocks your reproduction system and girls use it to abort unwanted pregnancy(I don't know how true it is).
These days doctors tells us that to have a beautiful skin, lose weight, prevent some illness we have to drink lemon with warm water. What I thought was acidic to the body, is said to turn to alkaline when consumed, and it helps you to lose weight and also makes you eat less.  I already started mine and I must confess, it works really good.
