Is Daily Trust Newspaper Mocking Or Applauding President Jonathan?

Some Nigerians have condemned President Jonathan's move to declare for his second term as a President after 49 students were killed in Bauchi yesterday while some Nigerians sees the killings as a means of halting the president from contesting for a second time, thereby encouraging President Jonathan to go ahead on his campaign.
 Meanwhile Daily Trust newspaper's headline on top gives a hmmm, thinking.... Are they mocking the president or applauding him?...
